C42 Token Program Terms
These Terms govern eligibility, issuance, and use of C42 Tokens as part of the ClaimBack42 initiative.
1. Scope
These Program Terms govern participation in the C42 Token Reward Program (“Program”), operated by CyTel42. The Program awards non-financial utility tokens (“C42 Tokens”) in connection with verified activity on the ClaimBack42 platform. These terms do not govern any purchase, sale, or trade of tokens.
2. Definitions
- C42 Token: A non-financial, program-based reward token issued to eligible participants under these Terms.
- Participant: An individual or entity who interacts with the ClaimBack42 platform and may become eligible for C42.
- Operator: CyTel42, the company operating the C42 Program.
- Whistleblower Submission: Any data or claim entered into ClaimBack42 that may trigger C42 eligibility.
- Program Ledger: The system used to track allocations, decisions, and issuance records.
3. Eligibility
Participants may become eligible to receive C42 Tokens by:
- Submitting valid claim registrations accepted by the platform
- Achieving recovery milestones (e.g., successful enforcement)
- Providing meaningful contributions (e.g., tips, moderation, audits)
Eligibility is subject to:
- Verification by the Operator
- Program capacity and allocation caps
- Jurisdictional restrictions (see Section 6)
- Compliance with these Terms
Note: C42 allocations are discretionary and not guaranteed.
4. Issuance Rules
C42 Tokens are issued only when:
- A verified action occurs (e.g., accepted claim or validated tip)
- Fraud and abuse checks are passed
- Issuance does not exceed cap limits
The Operator may:
- Delay or cancel issuance for review
- Adjust rewards if eligibility changes
- Pause or change the Program without notice
5. Fraud, Misuse & Clawback
The Operator may withhold, cancel, or claw back C42 allocations in cases of:
- Fraudulent or duplicate submissions
- Collusion or multi-account abuse
- Use of VPNs or geo-spoofing to bypass restrictions
- Harassment or abuse of platform tools or staff
Sanctions may include suspension, exclusion, or referral to enforcement authorities.
6. Jurisdictional & Sanctions Restrictions
Participants from the following jurisdictions are excluded from receiving or using C42:
- Countries under EU, US, UK, or UN sanctions
- Jurisdictions with active prohibitions on token-based rewards
- Any region flagged as high-risk or non-compliant by the Operator
Participants may be required to complete KYC or IP verification where applicable.
7. No Rights or Guarantees
C42 Tokens:
- Are not legal tender, securities, or e-money
- Cannot be redeemed, traded, or exchanged for goods/services unless explicitly permitted
- Do not entitle holders to dividends, returns, or claims
No Participant has legal, financial, or contractual claims arising from C42 issuance.
8. Modification & Termination
The Operator may modify or terminate:
- These Program Terms
- The C42 Reward Program
- Eligibility logic, allocation rates, or utilities
Updates will be published on c42token.com/terms and in the Program Changelog.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CyTel42 disclaims liability for:
- Loss of access or token utility
- Errors in issuance logic or eligibility review
- Security incidents affecting token infrastructure
- Regulatory incompatibility in specific regions

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyTel42 is registered and operated.
