Restricted Jurisdictions

The C42 Token Reward Program is not available to individuals or entities located in jurisdictions that are subject to international sanctions, prohibited from participating in token-based reward schemes, or considered high-risk for regulatory or compliance reasons.

As of September 2025, the following jurisdictions are excluded:

• Afghanistan
• Belarus
• Burma (Myanmar)
• Cuba
• Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea)
• Iran
• Russia (including Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine)
• Syria
• Sudan and South Sudan
• Venezuela (specific designated entities and individuals)

Additionally, any jurisdiction that:

• Appears on the EU, OFAC, or UN sanctions list
• Has formally banned token-based incentive programs
• Is flagged by FATF as non-cooperative or high-risk

The Operator reserves the right to update this list without notice.

Geolocation and KYC

To comply with these restrictions, the C42 Program may implement IP filtering, wallet screening, and request KYC documentation for verification. Participants using VPNs, anonymizers, or proxy networks may be excluded or disqualified.
