Sanctions Compliance Statement
The C42 Token Program complies with applicable international sanctions regimes, including those administered by:
- The European Union (EU)
- The United States Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- The United Nations Security Council (UNSC)
- Her Majesty’s Treasury (UK)
- Other applicable national or supranational authorities
Screening & Enforcement
Before issuing C42 Tokens, the Operator may screen participants using publicly available or commercial databases to ensure that they are not:
- Named on international sanctions or watch lists
- Associated with sanctioned entities, persons, or crypto wallets
- Using IP addresses or domain services linked to sanctioned countries
Right to Refuse Participation
The Operator reserves the right to deny or revoke participation in the C42 Program if a participant is found to be:
- Located in a sanctioned region
- Engaged in prohibited activities (money laundering, terrorism financing, etc.)
- Violating the Program Terms or attempting to bypass restrictions
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Program complies with local laws and does not violate any applicable sanctions.

C42 Tokens are not issued, distributed, or made available to any sanctioned party or region. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may result in account suspension, token clawback, or legal referral.
